Klibim — Data Deletion Instructions
Scope: deletion of your Klibim account and of the data obtained from the TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X and Discord accounts you connect to Klibim. Applies once the platform opens.
This page explains step by step how you can have your personal data held on the Klibim platform at klibim.com deleted, and how you can remove Klibim's access to your connected social media accounts. The instructions apply to data obtained from every platform that can be connected to Klibim, including Instagram (Meta).
Applies once the platform opens. Klibim currently operates only as a waitlist and no accounts can be created on the platform yet. If you would like your waitlist record deleted now, simply write to destek@klibim.com from the e-mail address you signed up with; information about that record is in the Privacy Notice.
1. Ways to Delete Your Data
- Remove a single platform connection: from the Connected accounts page on Klibim (Section 2.1).
- Remove Klibim's access in the platform's own settings: in your TikTok, Instagram, YouTube (Google), X or Discord settings (Section 2.2).
- Delete your entire Klibim account: from your account settings or by e-mail (Section 3).
- Request deletion of specific data only: by e-mail to destek@klibim.com (Section 3.2).
2. Removing a Platform Connection
2.1 On Klibim
After signing in, go to Profile → Connected accounts and use the option to remove the connection next to the account you want to remove. When the connection is removed:
- The access and refresh tokens for that account are deleted immediately; where the platform supports it, Klibim also revokes the permission with the platform.
- No new data is obtained from that account. Clips you submitted with this account whose earnings are not yet final can no longer be measured; in that case the rules for clips that cannot be measured in the Terms of Use apply.
- Raw view data obtained from that account is deleted within 30 days at the latest; if the relevant platform's developer terms require a shorter period, that period applies.
- Your earnings records keep, as platform data, only the calculated Turkish lira amounts and their dates (Section 4).
2.2 In the platform's own settings
You can also remove Klibim's access directly in the platform's settings at any time. Menu names may vary by app version and language.

When you remove access on the platform's side, Klibim marks the connection as disconnected and sends you an e-mail. Data relating to that connection is deleted within the periods required by the relevant platform's developer terms; if you want your data deleted right away, you can submit a request using the route in Section 3.
3. Deleting Your Klibim Account or Specific Data
3.1 From your account settings
From the invited beta onwards, you can delete your account after signing in, using the account deletion option in your account settings. Until that option is available, you can send your deletion request by e-mail as described in Section 3.2. If you have a withdrawable balance, we recommend requesting a withdrawal before deleting your account.
3.2 By e-mail
If you want your entire account or specific data (e.g. only data obtained from Instagram) deleted, write to destek@klibim.com from the e-mail address registered to your Klibim account. Please include:
- the words "Data deletion request" in the subject line;
- the e-mail address registered to your Klibim account and your account type (clipper, creator or agency);
- your request: whether you want the account deleted entirely, or only the data obtained from a particular platform;
- if your request concerns a particular platform, the platform's name and the username or channel name of your connected account.
Identity verification: To prevent someone else's data from being deleted, the request must come from the e-mail address registered to your account. Where necessary, additional confirmation may be requested by sending a verification link to your registered address. Klibim will never ask for your Klibim password or the passwords of your connected platforms; please do not include your Turkish ID number or bank details in your deletion request.
Timing: Your request is completed as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest; data obtained from connected platforms is deleted within any shorter period required by the relevant platform's developer terms. The outcome is notified to your registered e-mail address.
4. What Is Deleted and What Is Kept

Retained records are used only to fulfil legal obligations and protect rights; when the retention period expires they are deleted, destroyed or anonymized. Deletion does not affect content on connected platforms (e.g. on your TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X or Discord accounts); you manage that content on the relevant platform.
5. Applications under the Personal Data Protection Law
The application channels and time limits for exercising your rights under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (including the right to request deletion or destruction of your data) are explained in the Platform Privacy Notice for platform data and in the Privacy Notice for website and waitlist data. If your application is rejected, you find the response insufficient, or no response is given in time, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.
