Klibim — Terms of Use
Scope: use of the Klibim platform by clippers, creators, agencies, workspace team members and agency clients. Applies once the platform opens.
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the rules for your use of the Klibim platform at klibim.com. Applies once the platform opens: Klibim currently operates only as a waitlist; these Terms become binding between you and Klibim from the date the platform opens for service, at the moment you accept them when creating an account.
Klibim is a platform where content creators and agencies open clip campaigns by setting a budget, and clippers earn per 1,000 views by posting clips cut from that content on their own social media accounts. Views are measured only through the platforms' official APIs; the campaign budget is held by a licensed payment institution.
How your personal data is processed is explained in the Platform Privacy Notice, processing relating to the website and the waitlist in the Privacy Notice, and how to have your data deleted on the Data Deletion Instructions page. These notices are for information and are separate from the Terms.

3. Account, Age Limit and Account Security
- Only persons who are at least 18 years old may use the platform. When creating an account you declare that you are at least 18; a clipper's age is checked through identity verification before the first withdrawal. An account found to belong to a person under 18 is closed.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. The account type (clipper, creator or agency) is chosen when the account is created; it can later be changed only by Klibim, at your request.
- Each person creates an account only in their own name and uses a payment account opened in their own name. The same IBAN cannot be used on more than one account.
- You are responsible for the security of your password and of access to your account. If you notice unauthorized use of your account, notify destek@klibim.com immediately.
- You may not transfer, sell or let anyone else use your account.
4. Connected Accounts and Platform Terms
- A clipper connects the TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and X accounts on which they post clips to Klibim through each platform's own sign-in and consent screen (OAuth). You may connect only accounts that belong to you. On Instagram, only professional (creator or business) accounts can be connected.
- A social media account and a Discord account can be connected to only one Klibim account. There is no limit on the number of accounts you can connect.
- Views are measured only through the platforms' official APIs. Manual view reports or screenshots are not accepted; a clip that cannot be measured does not generate earnings.
- YouTube: Klibim uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How Google processes your data is explained in the Google Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for complying with the terms of use and community rules of every platform you connect. If a platform restricts or closes your account, clips submitted with that account may not be measurable.
- If a platform suspends the API access it provides to Klibim (e.g. YouTube API access), campaigns on that platform are paused and users are informed. If a platform's approval has not yet been obtained, that platform is shown as "awaiting approval" and submissions from it are not accepted.
5. Rules for Clippers
When joining a campaign and submitting clips as a clipper, you comply with the following rules:
- You post the clip only from an account that is connected to Klibim and belongs to you, and submit its link to Klibim within 30 minutes of posting. The posting time is taken from the platform's official API; a 2-minute tolerance is added to this window to allow for network delays.
- You comply with the campaign's requirements (e.g. platform, collaboration tag and the campaign's additional tags, minimum video length, community or Discord server membership) and its additional rules. A link that does not meet the requirements is not recorded; a clip that does not follow the additional rules may be rejected by the campaign team.
- The same video can be submitted only once.
- When joining a campaign you accept the sublicense based on the limited license granted by the campaign owner and the declaration that your clip does not infringe anyone else's rights (see Section 6 and Section 12).
- Your post must remain published and public until your earnings become withdrawable (the 7th day after approval; if there is a hold, until the hold is resolved). A deleted or hidden video may be placed on hold.
- If the collaboration tag is enabled for the campaign, you keep the required tags in the post's description. Tags are checked again on the 7th day after approval; a tag removed afterwards may be the subject of a violation report.
- Klibim may limit the number of submissions to prevent abuse.
Prohibited conduct
- Generating artificial views, likes, comments or shares with bots, automated software or any other method.
- Buying views, likes, comments, followers or engagement, or using services that sell them.
- Promising viewers money, prizes, giveaways or any other benefit in return for watching or engaging with the clip.
- Using fake accounts, accounts belonging to someone else or opened in someone else's name; connecting someone else's social media account; trying to obtain unjustified earnings with more than one Klibim account.
- Using music, footage or third-party content for which you have not obtained the right of use, other than the campaign's source content.
- Abusing the platform, the measurement system or other users' accounts, scanning them with automated tools, or trying to bypass security measures.
Breaches of these rules lead to the consequences in Section 9 and Section 14: a "fake" decision by Klibim cancels the clip the first time; on repetition the account is closed and the connected social media accounts are also blocked. The clipper is responsible for infringements arising from music and third-party content.
6. Obligations of the Campaign Owner
- The campaign owner sets up the campaign in Klibim's campaign wizard: budget, rate per 1,000 views (may be set separately per platform), threshold, per-clip cap, platforms, requirements, additional rules, end date and, if any, a bonus rule.
- The campaign budget is at least TRY 5,000 and is a single pool per campaign. The rate per 1,000 views is at least TRY 30 (gross), the threshold at least 1,000 views, and the per-clip cap at least twice the threshold amount. The end date is optional and can be at most 90 days ahead. The budget of a live campaign cannot be reduced.
- A campaign does not go live until the budget and service fee have been collected by the payment institution. During the pilot period, every campaign is reviewed by Klibim before payment.
- The campaign team decides on clips that have passed the threshold within 72 hours; if no decision is made, the clip is approved automatically (see Section 9).
- The campaign owner accepts that it holds the necessary rights to the campaign content (title, description, brief, rules, images, source links and files) and that this content is lawful.
- Team roles: the owner can perform every action; a manager sets up campaigns, approves, sends bonuses, manages rooms and sees financial information; a moderator approves and rejects, manages submission notes and room content, cannot see financial information and cannot send bonuses.
Copyright license
When opening a campaign, the campaign owner accepts a revocable limited license text that lists the rights one by one (adaptation, reproduction and communication to the public) and covers only the clips of that campaign. When joining the campaign, the clipper accepts a sublicense based on this license. In a campaign that an agency sets up for its client, the license is granted at payment by the client who owns the content (creator); if the client is a brand, it declares that it holds the rights to the content or has obtained the necessary permission; the agency declares that it manages the campaign on behalf of its client and does not grant a license. Acceptances are stored with a timestamp.
Collaboration tag
The collaboration tag is a campaign setting and is enabled by default in the campaign wizard. If it is enabled, Klibim checks at submission whether the required tags are present in the clip's description. When turning the setting off, the campaign owner reads and accepts the following warning: "Under the Advertising Board's guidelines, clearly disclosing a paid post is the advertiser's responsibility." When the setting is turned off, responsibility for clearly disclosing paid posts lies with the campaign owner as the advertiser, as stated in that warning.
Agency and client
- An agency sets up the campaign for its client (creator or brand) in its own workspace, invites the client by e-mail and sends a payment link.
- The client pays the budget and the service fee itself; the money is held in the payment institution's protected account and the service fee invoice is issued to the client.
- The client follows its campaigns on a read-only dashboard (budget, spending, approved clips, views, invoice) and may report violations in approved clips; approval and rejection decisions are made by the agency team.
- The agency invoices its own fee to its client separately, outside Klibim; Klibim is not a party to that fee relationship.
7. Service Fees
- Campaign owner: 10% of the work delivered, i.e. of the budget spent, plus VAT. The fee and VAT are charged on top of the budget when it is deposited; the fee and VAT on the unspent budget are refunded. The rate is locked when the campaign goes live.
- Pilot period: for campaigns opened within the first 90 days after the beta launch, the campaign owner's fee is 5% plus VAT. If a pilot campaign does not receive at least 10 approved clips within 14 days of going live, the full service fee (including VAT) is refunded.
- Founding agency: for campaigns opened within 6 months from designation by up to 5 agencies that Klibim designates as founding agencies, the fee is 5% plus VAT.
- Clipper: a 10% service fee (VAT included) is deducted from earnings and bonuses. The earnings dashboard shows the gross amount, the fee and the net amount separately; the balance and withdrawals are based on the net amount.
- Founding clipper: a clipper who joined the waitlist as a clipper before the platform opened and creates an account on the platform with the same e-mail address pays no service fee for the first 30 days after the beta launch and carries a founding clipper badge on their profile.
- Fees and VAT are rounded to the nearest kuruş (exact half kuruş rounded up); VAT is calculated on the rounded service fee.
- For card payments, the payment institution's card processing fee is shown as a separate line on the payment screen, charged to the payer and not refunded; if a bank transfer (havale or EFT) option is offered, it is free of charge.
- Withdrawals by clippers are free; Klibim bears the transfer cost. If statutory tax withholding applies, it is applied according to the clipper's tax status and shown as a separate line on the withdrawal screen.
Example: In a campaign with a rate of TRY 40 per 1,000 views, the campaign owner pays TRY 40 + TRY 4 service fee + TRY 0.80 VAT, a total of TRY 44.80, for 1,000 views. The clipper's gross earnings are TRY 40, the service fee TRY 4 and the net earnings TRY 36.
8. Earnings, Budget and Payment
How earnings are calculated
- Earnings are calculated by multiplying the clip's total views by the rate per 1,000 views and dividing by 1,000; views before approval are included. Earnings cannot exceed the per-clip cap.
- A clip must reach the campaign's threshold within 30 days of posting; otherwise it expires and no earnings arise.
- A clip that passes the threshold enters the approval queue. Views are counted for 7 days from the day of approval; views are measured roughly every 6 hours (once a day on Instagram).
- On the 7th day after approval the final measurement is taken and the earnings become withdrawable. Withdrawable earnings cannot be taken back under any circumstances. There is no separate dispute period; holds and violation reports are made within these 7 days.
- If the measurement on the 7th day cannot be taken, the system waits up to 7 more days and then uses the last successful measurement. For a clip on hold, view counting stops on the 7th day and the earnings do not become withdrawable until the hold is resolved.
- If your connected account is disconnected, you are sent an e-mail; a clip that cannot be measured does not generate earnings.
Budget and "awaiting budget"
- The campaign budget never enters Klibim's bank account; it is held in the licensed payment institution's protected account and payments to clippers are made from there. Klibim only receives its service fee and issues the invoice for it.
- The earnings of approved clips are set aside from the campaign budget at every measurement. If the increases in a measurement round exceed the remaining budget, the remaining budget is shared in proportion to the increases; the uncovered part is shown on a separate line as "awaiting budget".
- If the budget runs out, the campaign stops immediately: no new submissions or joins are accepted; clips in the queue can still be approved, but their earnings are recorded as "awaiting budget"; counting continues for the 7 days of approved clips and the increases are kept as "awaiting budget".
- If the campaign owner adds budget, the added amount goes first to "awaiting budget" amounts, starting from the oldest approval; the campaign owner sees this before adding the budget. The rest goes to new clips.
- If no budget is added within 14 days of the budget running out, the campaign ends and uncovered "awaiting budget" amounts lapse. Clippers can see this rule on the campaign screen.
- When a campaign ends, no new submissions are accepted; clips below the threshold expire; clips in the queue are decided within 72 hours; approved clips complete their 7 days.
Withdrawals
- A clipper can withdraw any amount from their withdrawable balance once every 7 days, with a minimum of TRY 100.
- Identity verification is carried out once before the first withdrawal; a Türkiye IBAN opened in your own name and your tax status ("I have a 20/B exemption certificate", "I have a company" or "None") are requested. Until identity verification is complete, your balance accumulates but cannot be withdrawn.
- Payment is made in Turkish lira to your bank account through the payment institution; the time it takes to reach your account depends on the payment institution.
- Withdrawals are free. If statutory tax withholding applies, it is shown as a separate line.
Refund of the remaining budget
After a campaign ends, once the 7 days of the last approved clip are over (at the latest 10 days after the end; a hold or a measurement delay may extend this), the remaining budget is refunded in full within 3 business days, together with the service fee and VAT attributable to the unspent budget. Amounts returned to the budget by a "fake" decision are added to the refund. For card payments, the payment institution's card processing fee is not refunded.
9. Review, Holds and Appeals
Review by the campaign team
- Only clips that have passed the threshold enter the campaign team's approval queue. If the team does not decide within 72 hours, the clip is approved automatically; a clip on hold is not approved automatically.
- A reason for rejection is optional. The clipper may appeal each rejection once within 3 days of the decision; Klibim decides within 3 business days and, if it finds for the clipper, the clip is approved.
- The team may approve a clip it rejected until the campaign ends; an approved clip, however, cannot be rejected. A problem with an approved clip is dealt with only through a violation report and Klibim's decision.
- The campaign team or the client may report a violation they see in an approved clip within 7 days after approval, before the earnings become withdrawable, giving reasons; the clip is placed on a Klibim hold.
- With "reject and block", the campaign owner may remove a clipper from all campaigns of the workspace; the block can be lifted later.
Campaign team hold
- The campaign team may place a submission that is not yet withdrawable on hold with "Hold and request information" and state what it needs. The team may place the same submission on hold only once.
- During the hold, measurement continues; automatic approval and withdrawability are paused; the earnings remain set aside from the budget. The clipper uploads evidence in the submission notes (text and at most 1 file).
- The team decides within 5 days at the latest: it approves or rejects a submission that is not yet approved; an approved submission continues and, if cancellation is sought, goes to Klibim through a violation report. If no decision is made within 5 days, the hold is lifted automatically.
- The clipper may escalate any team hold to Klibim; Klibim then makes the decision. Klibim's own hold is separate from a team hold and takes precedence.
Klibim hold and suspicion score
- Klibim calculates a suspicion score at every measurement. A clip that exceeds the limit is not rejected automatically; it is placed on hold "under Klibim review": if not yet approved it will not be approved automatically, if approved its earnings will not become withdrawable, and measurement continues.
- The clipper is notified, sees the reason category and uploads evidence (text and at most 1 file). Klibim decides within 3 business days.
- With a clean decision the clip returns to its previous status and views received during the hold are counted. With a fake decision the clip is cancelled and its earnings that are not yet withdrawable return to the campaign budget; on repetition the account is closed.
- The clipper may appeal a "fake" decision once, with new evidence, within 3 days of the decision; Klibim decides within 3 business days and that decision is final. During the appeal period and until the decision, the earnings do not return to the budget.
- The decision and its reasons are shown to the clipper and the campaign team; the suspicion score itself is not shown.
10. Bonuses
- On the campaign owner's side, only the owner or a manager can send bonuses; moderators and clients cannot. A bonus is deducted from the campaign's remaining budget; if the remaining budget is not enough, it cannot be sent.
- Automatic bonus: a rule set in the campaign wizard, "TRY X to the first N approved clips"; it is credited on the 7th day after approval of the clip it is linked to. If the clip is cancelled, the bonus is also cancelled and the amount returns to the budget.
- Manual bonus: can be sent only to a clipper who has at least one approved clip in that campaign and is credited 7 days after it is sent.
- Total bonuses in a campaign can be at most 20% of the budget; total bonuses sent to one clipper in one campaign can be at most the per-clip cap.
- A bonus is not credited while a hold is open. The clipper service fee is also deducted from bonuses.
- Money or balance cannot be sent from clipper to clipper or from outside a campaign.
11. Community Content and Complaints
- Creators and agencies may have a community page and rooms; clippers may join communities. Room content is added by the community team.
- Community pages, room content, profile bios and submission notes are published as plain text; links may begin only with
https://. - Insults, harassment, spam, unauthorized sharing of personal data, infringing or unlawful content may not be shared. The user who shares content is responsible for its lawfulness.
- Every piece of content has a "Report" option. Complaints about room content go to the community team and to Klibim; complaints about submission notes go only to Klibim. Klibim staff see only the reported content.
- Klibim may remove content that breaches these rules and may suspend the account if the breach is repeated.
- Chat rooms and direct messaging will open later; these Terms will be updated before they do.
12. Intellectual Property
- The Klibim name, logo, and the platform's software and design belong to Klibim and may not be used without permission.
- The rights to campaign content belong to the campaign owner. A clipper may use this content only within the license and sublicense described in Section 6 and only for that campaign's clips.
- The clipper declares that they hold the necessary rights to any music and third-party content used in their clip and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights; the clipper is responsible for any breach of this declaration.
- Klibim does not copy or host the videos posted by clippers; it processes only their links and statistics. Users retain the rights to content they add to the platform (e.g. campaign images, community page content); the user grants Klibim a limited permission to use such content to the extent and for as long as necessary to display it on the platform.
- If you believe content infringes your rights, you can report it to destek@klibim.com.
13. Limitation of Liability
- Klibim is an intermediary service provider that brings campaign owners and clippers together, measures clips and calculates earnings; it is not the author or publisher of campaign content or clips.
- View counts are obtained from the platforms' official APIs. Klibim does not guarantee the accuracy of the figures provided by the platforms or the uninterrupted operation of their APIs; for a clip that cannot be measured, the rules in Section 8 apply.
- Klibim does not promise any particular number of views, earnings, clips or campaign result; the pilot guarantee in Section 7 is reserved.
- Klibim is not liable for consequences of events outside its control, such as a connected platform restricting your account or changing or shutting down API access; users are informed in such cases.
- Klibim's liability for intent or gross negligence, and liabilities towards consumers that cannot be limited by law, are reserved.
14. Suspension and Closure of Accounts
- You can close your account at any time and request deletion of your data; the route is explained on the Data Deletion Instructions page. If you have a withdrawable balance, we recommend requesting a withdrawal before deleting your account.
- Klibim may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms. A closure decision is made by a human and its reasons are notified to you.
- Upon a second final "fake" decision for fake engagement, the account is closed and the connected social media accounts are also blocked; a blocked social media account cannot be connected to another Klibim account.
- When an account is closed for fake engagement, earnings that are not yet withdrawable are cancelled; earnings that have become withdrawable are not taken back.
15. Changes to the Terms
Klibim may update these Terms because of changes in the service, its business rules or legislation. The current version and effective date always appear on this page; material changes are notified to your registered e-mail address and on the platform. Because campaign settings such as the rate, threshold, cap and service fee rate are locked when the campaign goes live and when a clip is submitted, later changes do not affect these settings retroactively.
31.10.2026: First version; published to apply once the platform opens.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If a dispute arises, we kindly ask you to write to destek@klibim.com first.
Users who are consumers may, under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, apply to the consumer arbitration committees of their place of residence or of the place where the transaction was made, within the monetary limits announced each year, and, for disputes above those limits, to the consumer courts after applying to mediation where the law requires it. For other disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction.
17. Contact and Notices
You can write to destek@klibim.com with your questions, complaints and notices. Klibim's notices to you are sent to the e-mail address registered to your account and to the platform dashboard.
