Run your clients' clip campaigns in one place.
You set up the campaign, your client pays directly, your team approves. Clippers post on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and X; only measured views are paid.
How it works for agencies
Set up the campaign
Set the budget, rate, threshold and requirements; you can show the brief and files to joined clippers only.
Send your client a payment link
Your client (a creator or a brand) joins by invite and pays the budget and service fee; the invoice is issued to them.
Approve with your team
You and your managers and moderators approve or reject clips; clips not reviewed within 72 hours are approved automatically.
Your client follows along
Budget, spend, approved clips, views and invoices are in your client's dashboard; they can report a violation.

Frequently asked questions
What do I pay as an agency?
A 10% service fee + VAT on the work delivered (budget spent); your client pays the budget and fee, and unspent budget comes back in full with its fee and VAT. Founding agencies (up to 5) pay 5% for 6 months. You invoice your own fee to your client separately.
How does my client pay?
You set up the campaign, invite your client (a creator or a brand) and send a payment link. Your client pays the budget and service fee; the money is held in a licensed payment institution's protected account, and the service fee invoice is issued to your client. Your client follows the budget, spend, approved clips and views in a read-only dashboard.
Who licenses the clips?
Your client who owns the content (the creator) accepts the license when paying. If your client is a brand, it declares that it owns the content or has permission. You declare that you manage the campaign on your client's behalf; the agency doesn't grant the license.
What if my budget isn't fully spent?
Once the campaign ends and the last approved clip's 7 days are up (at most 10 days after the end), unspent budget plus its share of the fee and VAT is refunded in full within 3 business days.
Why Klibim? Do you have clippers?
We built Klibim so Turkish content spreads through clippers who post in Turkish. Our clipper waitlist is just getting started; campaigns will open in an invite-only beta once there are enough clippers. Pilot guarantee: if your pilot campaign gets fewer than 10 approved clips in the 14 days after it goes live, we refund the full service fee, VAT included.
